Summer 2012 Registration is on May 12 at the Brookfield Swim Club. Signups are from 3-5pm. You may print out a copy of the registration form here. If you miss registration, you may register at other events, see team representatives.
Dues Before June 1
1 Child - $100
2 Children - $195
3 Children - $290
More than 3 Children - $25 additional per child
Dues June 1or later
