When you join the Brookfield Swim Club, you aren't just joining a pool, you are joining a community! Brookfield Swim Club is a family oriented pool without membership boundaries. Brookfield Swim Club is not an HOA pool. It is owned by the membership. Members come from various neighborhoods in Chantilly, Centreville, Fairfax, and Herndon. Brookfield Swim Club has a membership cap of 400 memberships and we have memberships available.
Brookfield Swim Club is managed by a board of directors. Each director is elected to the board for a 3 year term with 1/3 of the board being elected each year. To contact the board, send an e-mail to the board. In the table below, click on the position title (e.g. President) to send an e-mail to the specific individual board member.
The board meets on the first Monday of the Month from 7:30-8:30pm. The board meets monthly unless a special meeting is called. All board meetings are open to all Brookfield Swim Club members. Some portions of the meeting may be closed to the general membership if there is an incident requiring discipline action from the board. This is extremely rare.
In addition to the board, there are several committees which assist the board. Committees are made up of active pool members in addition to board members and help advise the board on issues of the pool. There are currently multiple active committees.

Pool Administration Committee
The Pool Administration Committee meets to identify what are the priorities for work to be completed at the pool. More information about this committee will be posted here soon.
Social Committee
The social committee meets to plan various social events within the Brookfield Club - events at the pool as well as events in the clubhouse. More information about this committee will be posted here soon.
Financial Advisory Committee
The finance advisory committee meets monthly on the second Wednesday of the month. The purpose of this committee is to provide financial recommendations to the board. We will be meeting next to discuss what capital reserves we should hold within the club. More information about this committee will be posted here soon.
