Equity sale Brookfield Swim Club no longer offers a refundable equity membership. Instead, your equity is included in the cost of the membership. Upon leaving the club, no refund of equity is made to you. You may however sell your membership to another person for a fee you establish. Note that if memberships are currently available, it is cheaper for someone to purchase their own non-refundable membership to the club.
Membership fee:
Members who pay dues by March 30th (postmarked by March 30th) or submitted by March 30th on PayPal will receive 10 free guest passes. Guest passes are recorded on the check-in system at season's start and expire at season's end.
Application fee $150
Equity Membership
Family $480 - before April 30, 2012, $525 by May 1 or later
Couple $371 - before April 30, 2012, $405 by May 1 or later
Single $205 - before April 30, 2012, $225 by May 1 or later
Inactive $100 - before April 30, 2012, $110 by May 1 or later
Membershippaid by March 15 you will recieve 10 free guest passes.
You can pay for your membership through the web using a credit card. Payments can also be made by mailing a check to Brookfield Swim Club P.O. Box 220067 Chantilly, VA 20153.
To pay by credit card, select the button below. There is a credit card processing fee associated with using an on-line payment. Note: When going to the Paypal site, you do not need a Paypal account to pay on-line.
